The Versatile Rope Pattern - PDF

I designed this rope in 1996 as a strap for a necklace. When one of my friends announced she was retiring I decided to modify the design and turn it into a necklace and bracelet to give to her as a gift. As I started working on it, I realized how very versatile the design was. The pattern actually gives the instructions for four options (even though the picture only shows three). The options are for the simple, fancy, lariat and thick necklace/bracelet combinations. You can use pearls, crystals or a combination for your larger beads. This great pattern is fun and easy. The 15-page pattern has step-by-step instructions and color pictures, describing how to create the necklace.
