Shipping policy

We currently ship all orders with USPS.

Orders under $25 ship for $8.65

Orders over $25 ship for $4.50

If you choose in store pick up please make sure to bring ID.  If you would like someone else to pick up make a note in the checkout screen and have them bring ID.

Most orders ship within a day or two.  Large charm orders may take an additional day to process.

We do not ship outside the USA.

 

Please keep in mind that once I hand it off to the post office it is out of my hands.  I am not responsible for lost packages.  If it has been missing for 2 weeks I will be happy to file an insurance claim.  You can always contact your local post office and they will sometimes look into missing packages before the 2 week mark.
